Excellent service very careful with furniture. Work quickly. No playing around. Efficient, polite. Friendly and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend them to all.

I wish I couple share all the nasty details but this company quoted $41+K for a state to state move, stopped my shipment half-way (hostage?), then demanded a total of $85+K in cash or they would turn around and put my stuff in storage till I paid. My final shipment included boxes from other clients, broken stuff, missing stuff, feces (long story), and other problems. They refused to reassemble items they took apart violating our contract, refused to let us sign a proper inventory, and stiffed local movers they hired in my ne... read more

I would sincerely appreciate if the owner of this company would contact me. Your company just charged me for two moves when I paid s deposit for one. When I asked to speak to her boss she would not allow me. I told her she did not have authorization to charge my card and she did any how. I called back and she has left the office. Mike would not allow me to speak to Bridget’s boss. I am going to my bank now to file a dispute. I would appreciate a phone call from someone who can help me. Thank you.

The move was over 3 days. We did overcharge and issued a $420 credit. We do our best to be error free but we do make mistakes. We fixed this within a day. Sorry for the issue.

Horrible experience, the employees seemed not to know what they were doing. They broke a chair and scratched several pieces of furniture. Had to call the manager during the first hour of moving due the damage/broken pieces and it was worthless. The truck they sent was smaller than what we needed and the total move was 9 hours due the double commute to load and unload the truck. The job easily could be done faster and better. I will never use this company again nor will I recommend them. The morning of my move they were to be there between 8 and 9. At 8:30 they said they were having truck difficulties and would be there at 9. 9 came and went, I called and was told the truck was on its way. Still no truck. Called again, was told it was in my driveway lol. There was no truck in my driveway. They showed up at around 11 and I was told they fired the driver and would discount me. My Guys charged me 1500.00 for an in town move, damaged my piano, my piano bench and soiled my upholstery. I sent my claim form in within the allotted time and they refused to honor my claim saying they couldn’t read it. I sent it three times MAKIKG SIRE EVERYTHING WAS CORRECT and they STILL REFUSED to pay for any damages. DO NOT TRUST MY GUYS MOVING

We moved this customer on 7/25/18 and sent her a claim form the next day. Our policy is you must ask for a claim form in 30 days and fill it out in 7 days. This is explained on the claim form. After numerous tries and extensions we finally got the claim form filled out on August 21. In spite of all this we will send the customer a check for her claim. In March 2018, I was given a quote for a move of my household goods from Virginia Beach to the Richmond area. I was given an estimate to have my items packaged, picked up, stored and then delivered to my new home. Movers caused over $4,000.00 in damage to our furniture and appliances and only paid $325 on our claim!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!! We have VERY heavy furniture and they sent 4 guys, 3 of which were over 50 years old. Took 3 of them to move just the headboard on our king size bed up the stairs to our new home. They lost the power cord for our leather sofa, sliced the leather on the side of the sofa, put a huge dent and scratch in my refrigerator. Scratched up 3 of our bed foot boards and 2 tables.
