Efficient, wrapped and took great care packing, loading and unloading, setting up bed, shelving, even moved two huge heavy leather sofas out of my new space so my smaller sofa could be used instead. Will certainly use them again if I ever move again! Also, their POD department is phenomenal! They can put a pod almost anywhere using their remote controlled drive that takes the pod off the truck and can position it in any spot that most others definitely can't. RecommendedI used Stairhopper for a local move (1 BR apartment). They showed up on time, were very careful with my delicate items, and the lead (John) was an excellent communicator. I would highly recommend them as an efficient moving company in the Boston area. Couldn’t have done it without them!
RecommendedShowed up right on time, asked all the right questions to confirm what was moving and what wasn’t, they were happy to hear about particulars with some items, and they were very efficient end to end. I don’t look forward to moving again, but will definitely use StairHopper!
RecommendedI’ve used other movers in the past that weren’t very nice and I’ve even had items broken because they prioritized speed over care. With stairhopper you can have both! They were INCREDIBLY fast, careful, and efficient. They even put extra wrappings on some of my fragile items to ensure they would be safe during transport. I only had two guys and was moved out and moved in before I could blink. And to top it off, the price was affordable. 100% would recommend and use again!
