RecommendedI've used StairHopper for a move twice now and I'd do it again! My experiences with them have been positive; the movers are helpful, careful, efficient, and work with integrity. Even with the "travel time" and hourly charge they are likely to be less expensive than a "one-price fits all" option.

RecommendedWe had an excellent experience with StairHopper Movers. They were the least expensive estimate, but they did not disappoint. They were professional, respectful, helpful, and hardworking. They communicated throughout the move so that we always knew what was happening. We would definitely call them again for a move.

RecommendedGood communication and professional team. Wrapped items really well. Only slight annoyance is company charges $155 an hour for the time traveling from the warehouse and back to the warehouse. It seems to me should be based in price and if not, a minimum charge agreed. I was charged 45 minutes each way so $233 minimum charge. It should be based on when they arrive and leave so you can know the real time and should price accordingly.
RecommendedThey are exceptional. You don't need to call anyone else. THE PRICE WAS FANTASTIC!!! On time, professional, super helpful. As a single female it is refreshing to find a company that instantly sets you at ease and your nerves are gone. These guys were phenomenal. At the end of the move they set up my bed, my living room couch and made sure they were putting everything where I wanted. Hopefully I will not be moving soon but If I do, I will be calling them again.
