We saw good reviews and they mentioned veterans. My boyfriend is a veteran and served 25 years active duty in the military, so we went with this company. While making the deal with John, it seemed to go good, however, we found out afterwards there was important information he left out and was not offered! We moved on May 3rd 2025. It has been two weeks since I used them for a move from DC to Texas. They sent a half full truck to load my three story house so, of course, it didn’t fit. The other stuff had to go to temporary storage while they scheduled another truck. It has been two weeks and still no word from the company what so ever on when I am getting my goods. $22K later, I am still waiting and will likely have to pursue legal action just to get my home goods. Horrible!
DO NOT use this company. They mis quoted me $170 an hour approximately 6 hours with two trucks across town - then tried to charge me $3000 for a 13 miles 3 bedroom house move!! The teams they sent had no experience and stood around and talked, smoked dope,etc. Then wanted to bill me by the hour for 6 guys! it was unreal. RecommendedThe crew was okay, however they sent a message to me that the truck was FULL. When I arrived back to my house the truck was closed and several items that I personally pointed out needed to be moved had not been moved. The crew was sitting on the curb and in the truck. I scheduled the moving service with Dan! Everything is great till the moving service. On the day of the move, Louis with his team arrived and I did not like too much work attitude of Louis. His team workers are younger than him and they were better. After 3-weeks of moving done, noticed that one of the leg of dresser came out. I talked with furniture company and moving guys both. We hired this company for a move. The crew broke/ damaged a container full of crystals valued at almost $2000.00 and instead of bringing it to our attention they decided to hide it in the garage behind a lounge chair. (The crew was instructed to place all boxes and containers in the empty living room.) After I unpacked all my boxes and noticed a container was missing I went searching and found it hidden.
