Used MG moving to move from Coral Springs FL to another state. Horrible experience! They stole my daughter’s Nintendo Switch, and Wii U! She was devastated! We also had water damage from a hole in the ceiling on the truck! They also didn’t mention until moving day that they would load onto 2 smaller trucks and then move everything to a tractor trailer later on. We saw good reviews and they mentioned veterans. My boyfriend is a veteran and served 25 years active duty in the military, so we went with this company. While making the deal with John, it seemed to go good, however, we found out afterwards there was important information he left out and was not offered! We moved on May 3rd 2025. It has been two weeks since I used them for a move from DC to Texas. They sent a half full truck to load my three story house so, of course, it didn’t fit. The other stuff had to go to temporary storage while they scheduled another truck. It has been two weeks and still no word from the company what so ever on when I am getting my goods. $22K later, I am still waiting and will likely have to pursue legal action just to get my home goods. Horrible!
