Inadequate size truck was dispatched requiring two trips thereby increasing the cost of the move by three hours.
Too expensive, never again:(
They wrecked their truck while moving a friend of mine. No adjuster has been to see them and many of their items are broken and damaged. To add insult to injury, they have refused to return some of her property.

I had to clean pee off of my toilet seats after they left......Absolutely TERRIBLE. Workers were 15 minutes late outside of the HOUR we were scheduled to begin. When I called to check in, the My Guys rep said “it’s only 9:03, give them time.” Mind you the arrival timeframe was 8 - 9. They took personal phone calls, took a chunk out of my wall, and used my restroom without asking four times, twice in the old house, and twice in the new. Leaving the toilet seat up both times!!!! My Guys Richmond office has shown zero concern about a jewelry theft that occurred during a move. Not one person with any sort of authority reached out and one person said that the company was not responsible in any way shape or form since the items were stolen in the house and not during the move from one place to another...what???? I would not recommend this company to anyone. **Do not trust online reviews for MyGuys as they make you sign an agreement to take down all reviews to receive any kind of settlement from them for lost and damaged items** I rarely write reviews but feel this one is necessary to save others from the stress and frustration we experienced using MyGuys for our out of state move. We were cancelled on by another moving company the day before our move. We reached out to My Guys Moving and they assured us they could do it the following day and they would "knock it out of the park". Then the day of the move it was no call, no show. We were stuck moving our items ourselves that day, and the only explanation we received the day after was that it "fell through the cracks". It was a huge waste of our time and made our move as inconvenient as possible!

I have seen My Guys trucks on the road and heard about them around town for years so when we finally moved in April 2020, I was thrilled to have a chance to use them. Moving day went smoothly - all the movers were efficient and in great spirits the whole day. We had absolutely no issues with them during the course of the day and tipped them accordingly when they left. We were not informed about the beds, otherwise we would have sent a repairman to fix them. I cannot recommend My Guys Moving. Yes, you will read positive reviews, and yes, if no issues arise, it may be fine. However, if an issue does come up, they likely will NOT take responsibility based on our experience with the company. We were moving into a new construction home that had just been inspected.
