So disappointed with my move. More items damaged than I could imagine. Crew denied it to my face! Seven months later These people won’t even settle with us for the excessive damages! Run away and choose another mover!!!!
We had a local move this week and are extremely disappointed with this company. Truck came 2.5 hours late- already started the day off for us as a huge inconvenience because we have small children. Then, movers put a hole in the home we were moving out of. I had to pay someone to fix that. My relatively new high end coffee table is damaged beyond repair as well! Learned that the movers were criminals, items in my move were stolen. Several people I know that have used them ... their items were stolen as well. Do not use this company. You will regret it!
In fact, this Company is worse than poor rating. They hired criminals with open warrants to pack and move me. They stole: my new flat screen Sony TV, Sony Sound Bar, Designer sunglasses, Stained glass mirror, and more. The furniture arrived damaged, one night table had no legs, and the dresser had one leg missing, chipped and broken valuables. My shipment came in with 22 boxes missing. Thanks for ruining almost half of the furniture we asked you to move and then claiming you don't believe your moving straps could have caused damage. My husband and I were moving into our first home together and bought all new furniture and three large pieces were either scratches or cracked beyond repair. Make sure you take an hour to unpack and go through your stuff before you sign the paper saying everything is OK because they won't go back and help you.
